I go to the Puyallup clinic. They won't return calls or emails. I feel like the NP doesn't believe me, she just wants to lower my thyroid medication. I see another doctor for thyroid but she won't address any other problems

They charge a subscription for what...? Connecting you to a provider via Zoom...? There's no up front information on how much the doctor will actually charge.

Provides no value -- providers will charge you the SAME as an in-person visit for a 3 minute zoom appointment. It doesn't provide the same value but they will charge you the same, plus this subscription which is way too high for them merely connecting you via Zoom.

Healthcare is such a scam and "services" like this are why. Too much money for no actual benefit.

Charged $540 for a less than five-minute visit with a physician's assistant/nurse practitioner. They have sent the bill to collection, and are insisting on payment. I won't be going back.

I had a charge that was "insurance pending". After sometime they sent it to debt collection without telling me anything about this charge, and which I never had a chance to pay. It took me hours to get to the phone with their billing department. Absolutely horrible experience.

These people are a scam, buy their service and they'll tell you to go into their doctors which costs even more money!! This is supposed to supplement insurance at a flat fee. Not be more expensive every time you use it!!

When I first went to Iora Care I was a happy camper. My doctor was awesome. Within like a year and half, he'd left. I didn't click with his replacement and moved to another office per a recommendation from my insurance agent. I liked her well enough but, you guessed it, within like a year or 2, she was gone. I went thru a couple more like that. One I mentioned that she was like my 4th or 5th doctor. She said 'Well, I think we can do something about that. Don't worry!" She was gone in a month. The next doctor told me she was temporary and would only be there for a month. She changed some medication because she didn't like the one I was on. I had a bunch of side effects. I asked to be taken off it. They gave me another with pretty much the same or worse results. I asked to be taken off that. They gave me 2 choices for replacement. The first one I'd asked to be taken off. Or the one I had been on before they changed it. Holy cow! My current 'doctor' of record is a nurse practitioner whom I've never even seen or met with. Yet she sets up appointments for scans without even notifying me first. I'm sent emails with a note at the bottom to please reply so they know I got it. But I can send emails to them and not get a reply for weeks. I want to change to another location again but frankly, I'm afraid I'll get worse. And they don't seem any better since becoming One Medical.

I believed the same day or next appointment promise and subscribed for a year. After buying the membership, I tried to book appointment, all the doctor booked until 20 days after. I cancelled my membership and got no refund. I tried to call multiple times, never get through. The customer service does not exists.

Dont go there..too expensive and too much out of pocket even after medicare/concession card

Awful billing experience. They messed up a bill and are still working on resolving it a year later. Now they send it to collections without clarifying anything. It’s been a nightmare. Do not recommend!

Terrible in every way but the return policy.
Its like they know that the customers are going to be leaving so they streamlined that process but nothing else. The admin I was talking to, Jay, was flippant, rude, and lying through his teeth in order to get me off the phone.

I originally got this as it said my insurance is covered under it. I upload my insurance and then am informed that they don't take Medica. I said I have Medica but its charged and united health plus. On there website is states they take me but apparently they can't do anything in billing to actually address the incorrect process. These are people who are supposed to be able to find you the best deals and the best care and they cant find a way to bill my insurance to the right insurance provider. He suggested to do a refund and he then canceled my membership and hung up on me. I agree I was tense over the phone, as one would after spending 200 bucks on a medical program that does not support me after saying it does. I didn't trust him and called back to make sure it was canceled and sure enough it wasn't refunded.

This is the clear definition of scam. Make it as vague as hell, get them to buy it then have to upload your insurance after and an agent will verify it later. Then get a message saying that the insurance you have though it's correct in our system is not supported because "well you can try talking to the manager but I've worked here for a long time and knows this is always the case." from what he said.

I called back and spoke with Shannon who informed me that he in fact did not refund me, just canceled my membership. I had her refund me the money which was immediately handled so definitely they get a lot of people who get scammed by this constantly. If you have good insurance stay away or they will nickel and dime you for everything it's worth.

Absolutely a scam. My girlfriend used them thinking that it would supplement her insurance and make things easier, but they are absolutely preditory. They have "disclaimers" that are hard for the average consumer to navigate. She ended up having to pay $500+ for a freaking "virtual visit". Turns out that she clicked on the wrong thing and they billed it to her insurance and it was irreversible.

The billing is atrocious. I wasted hours and hours on the phone. They double billed me. I finally paid just because I was sick of dealing with them. Then I got a letter from a debt collector. I hate Medical one sooo much. There is no one to talk to. Avoid at all costs.

We got charged $800 for a pregnancy test in Oct 2021. The test was negative. However, my wife was indeed pregnant. They said they would then run the bill through our insurance, which never occurred. Then, finally, without notice, they sent us to collections.

OneMedical does not put our health or financial health first. Corporate profits and greed over the Hippocratic Oath.

Just don't do it. One Medical sent us bills from 2016-2018. We never received anything indicating we owed these charges. I have invoices from them but none of these charges are indicated. Billing department is useless. They hung up on use twice when they couldn't explain the problem. The manager won't take my calls so I don't know who to discuss this with that the statue of limitations in Az is 5-6 years.

Has always been available when I needed medical help. Helped me get qualified for Paxlovid when my other provider couldn't see me until the next day. Used them for an urgent care question when out of town and found an office 2000 miles from home. OneMedical personnel are some of the nicest, smartest medical personnel I've met for wellness care.
